How long does a portrait session last?
Our studio portrait sessions last approximately 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time for great shots while keeping the experience quick and enjoyable. If you need additional time for outfit changes or special requests, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!
What does the session fee include?
The session fee covers the photographer’s time and studio experience, resulting in a beautifully curated gallery of 20-50 images. Prints, digital files, wall art, collages, albums, and other keepsakes are available for purchase separately.
Can I bring props or pets to my session?
Absolutely! We love when clients bring meaningful props to personalize their session, whether it’s a favorite toy, a special heirloom, or festive decorations. Well-behaved pets are also welcome to join in the fun—after all, they’re part of the family! Just let us know in advance so we can make the session as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?
We understand that things come up! Reschedules are allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations will be subject to a fee.
How long does it take to receive my final portraits?
Processing time varies but typically print orders arrive in 1-3 weeks. Custom orders like albums and collages may take longer.
Do you offer refunds or re-shoots if I’m not happy with my photos?
We strive for satisfaction! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out using the contact link below, and we’ll work to make it right.
